PHARMACEUTICAL
At Vipra Closures, we manufacture a wide range of tamper-proof aluminium ROPP closures/closing lids for pharmaceutical industries that offer protection from contaminants. Over the years, we have worked in close collaboration with customers in the pharmaceutical industry, assisting them at every stage of new product development; right from sample development to sample testing to permitting them to conduct Site Audits at our plants as required. We also offer all necessary certifications that are required at each step, which facilitates faster medical and pharmaceutical product approval.
SPIRITS
We offer a broad range of aluminium and composite closures for bottling spirits with different capacities. These caps/closures are available in different sizes and come with a suitable alcohol-resistant internal lacquer. The EPE liners are the primary choice for the Spirits industry and are available in different thickness and density options as per customers requirement.
Apart from being airtight, the closures that we offer comes with numerous possibilities for side decorations such as dry offset, embossing etc. This is done through our fully automated side-decoration machinery from OMSO-ITALY.
We also offer NR fitments/Plastic Inserts in different sizes for the Spirits industry, which are often used by them to protect the authenticity of their premium brands. Such anti-counterfeit technology is a boon for the Spirits Industry as it prevents fraudulent refilling and the sale/trade of non-original (pirated) products. It also helps brand maintain credibility and curb the risk of potential health hazards. We strive hard to keep up with the latest trends and provide high-quality innovative products to our clients that guarantee complete satisfaction.
WINE
We make use of the finest raw materials and advanced technology to manufacture and supply aluminium closures/screw caps for wine bottles, which are convenient and cost-effective to traditional corks. These are available in different sizes, the most popular being 30×60 mm along with 22×30 mm, 25×43 mm, and 18 mm for wine miniatures.
The popularity of the wine closures we manufacture is one of the reasons that led to the creation of our very own trademarked premium wine bottle closure brand called “Cap4Vin.”
Our production facilities use state-of-the-art and fully-automated European machinery. This enables us to supply customised design and finest printed wine bottle closures in different sparkling colours. The liner choices for the wine producers are often between Saranex & Tin Saranex, and we offer both at our end. Such liners ensure perfect air-tightness and control of OTR, which helps maintain the longevity of the wine, ensuring that its taste and quality is not compromised.
